The company is also known for their attractive and unique marketing strategies from introducing new techniques like within 60 minutes delivery, Sharukh Khan as their “Brand Ambassador” , attracting the audience in numerous ways. Initially it was a bit challenging for the company that customers were not very sure about the ‘online grocery store’, and also the audience wanted to check the quality of product they were offering , but due to the hard work and their fair game Big Basket won and now it’s the leading team in this market.
Big Basket got its actual success during the Covid lockdown period as the whole country was in door, and none of them were allowed to move out of home, here Big Basket was the savior for all of us , when the majority of us switched to online shopping mode, that is when it was successful in winning hearts of people both in quantity and quality.
It is widely used by the youth of the nation like college, hostel, office going citizens who do not actually have that time to invest in grocery shopping .
