On one hand the country is coming up with so many multi National projects and on the other hand girls in the country don’t even feel safe. Girl is not allowed to perceive her education in order to learn her household courses. For a girl it is her father whom she believes blindly, she loves him blindly and follows her blindly but what if her father follows Black magic?
Recently a shocking incident came up, where a 14 year old Druva( Dhairyaa) was murdered by her parents, as a result of black magic . The incident is of Gir Somnath, a village called Gir dhava , where she was killed by her own parents . The incident was fully investigated by the reports of ‘Gujarat first’ news channel. The incident took place on the 8th day of Navaratri, the day when people worship one of the strongest avatars of Maa Durga, Parents of a teenage girl killed their daughter. The information of her death wasn’t even provided to the Gram Panchayat. The information of the her death was provided by one of the sources to the Input team of the channel , news was then given to the Police station and the police further took forward the investigation and while investigating about the same, the police got to know that the dead body of girl was hidden underground for almost 3 days, and after a few days the final cremation was done by her parents. According to the reports, the reason behind her death is the “Black magic”, it is still not believable that still people still are into Steriotypes.
The police directly started the investigation and once the investigation was started the police got to know that girl’s Father ( Bhavesh Akhbari) and her Uncle( Dilip Akhbari) murdered her, according to the shocking information, the Girl was brough to place called “Chaklighar” on 1st of October by her father and uncle and she was then forced to sit besides fire and then was beaten up with wires and bamboo sticks, and all these things were done in order to keep away the ghosts from her body. The dead body of Dhrva was then packed in plastic and blanket an then was hided underground for 3 days, and then was informed to everyone that they lost their child due to some “Communicable disease”, and then was buried in no one’s presence. Investigation is still in process by the Gujarat Police in order to know much in detail about the incident, and the police have now registered the case under IPS 302,301 and 114 .
INVESTIGATION OF THE INCIDENT :
The information of this incident was first received by Input head Vinod Desai by one of the sources on 11th of October , Vinod Desai shared this information with Vivek Bhat with no much information. As Vinod Desai was quite confident Vivek Bhat seeing his confidence about this incident made him give it a try and then with the full support of the un named source and Cameraman Nikunj and Haresh Bhaliya the further investigation was carried forward and then related information was then taken out using their Journalistic skills. Once Vinod Bhat got to know that this incident int a small one, he then informed about this news to the Police and with the support of Police, this news was then given light and was first time broadcasted on the news channel Gujarat First.
